The Miami Dolphins made a significant move to strengthen their offensive line on Tuesday, adding tackle Jackson Carman to their practice squad.
Carman, a 24-year-old former second-round pick, brings valuable experience to the team, having spent three seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals.
Although he only made six starts as a rookie, Carman showcased his capabilities during the Bengals’ 2022 postseason run, filling in for Jonah Williams at left tackle.
To make room for Carman, the Dolphins parted ways with veteran wide receiver Robbie Chosen, who spent the 2023 season with the team.
Chosen’s departure comes after he was elevated to the active roster for the first two games, but only managed to catch one pass for five yards on four targets, leading to his release.
