The Miami Dolphins are dealing with several injuries as they prepare for their Week 3 game, with two players absent from Wednesday’s practice and six others limited due to various ailments.
Terron Armstead, the team’s starting offensive lineman, was absent from practice due to a shoulder injury he sustained in the Week 2 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

Calais Campbell, the veteran defensive lineman, was also absent, but his absence was listed as a rest day, which is not uncommon for the 38-year-old player.
On a positive note, running back Raheem Mostert returned to practice after missing the Week 2 game with a chest injury.
Mostert’s return is a significant boost to the Dolphins’ offense, and coach Mike McDaniel is optimistic about his progress.
“Raheem is progressing each day,” McDaniel said. “That’s a guy I have to read between the lines and not with the words that he tells me, in the most complimentary way. True warrior, getting better every day.”
The Dolphins will continue to monitor the health of their players as they prepare for their Week 3 game, while also keeping an eye on the Seattle Seahawks’ injury report, which includes eight players missing practice and six limited due to injuries.
